Randall’s early career as a fashion stylist and costume designer for shows like Martha Stewart Living
and award-winning commercials campaigns led her to running a NY-based consulting practice.
After moving to Los Angeles Randall became a successful Producer and content creator for Spelling Television,
Current TV, Miss USA, Miss Universe, Extra and E! Entertainment, where she also appeared as an on-air host.
Her documentary Inshallah: Diary of an Afghan Woman, filmed on location in Taliban-controlled Afghanistan,
was acquired by Oprah Winfrey’s Oxygen Network and premiered April 2002 raising over $1 million in relief funds.
Ian Truitner, Co-Founder
Ian’s experience includes leading diverse production teams, managing intricate budgets, and guiding projects from inception through launch.
After serving in the Army he became a filmmaker, with his projects screened at Cannes, SXSW, Milan, Palm Springs,
and Seattle International film festivals. Ian created and produced content for Walt Disney, Warner Brothers, Spike TV,
a Telly Award-winning interactive child safety program, and the opening ceremonies of the Taekwondo World Championships in Little Rock, Arkansas.
He has a BA from the University of Minnesota and a MBA from Penn State University.
Stuart Richman, CTO
Stuart has built a reputation as problem-solver for Fortune 500, mid-size and startup companies. He was brought into Hautelook as CIO when the company was early stage,
stabilized its infrastructure and ecommerce solutions leading to x6 revenue growth and culminating in a $270M acquisition from Nordstroms.
As Director for MIS International Television Distribution at Warner Bros. Stuart implemented complex business solutions to improve rights/avails/contracts/distribution processes.
Stuart has also enhanced IT/Business Strategies for Saban, The Honest Company, Scopely, Enterprise SaaS solutions and Field Connect.
